Initial Assessment: $55.00
Tutoring Sessions: $65.00/hour
At Dymensions Academic Center, we are committed to providing consistent, high-quality support for every student. To ensure effective planning and staffing, we have established the following cancellation and service discontinuation policy:
📅 Session Cancellations
Notice Required: To cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late Cancellations/No Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions without prior communication, will be charged in full.
Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us directly to discuss potential accommodations.
🔁 Recurring Tutoring Services
If your student is enrolled in a recurring tutoring package or program (weekly/monthly), we require a 30-day written notice to discontinue services.
Notice must be submitted via email to: [Your Email Address].
Services will continue and billing will apply during the 30-day period following your notice.
💳 Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for unused sessions within a monthly or package plan unless cancellation meets the 30-day notice requirement.
In the case of discontinued services after the notice period, any prepaid sessions beyond that period will be refunded.
